Outwork Robotics aims to make outworkrobotics.com usable by people with disabilities. We work to provide keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, readable contrast, descriptive labels and alternative text, responsive layouts, clear errors, and content that can be enlarged or used with common assistive technology.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly for complex interactive tools, user-uploaded event content, embedded third-party media, and materials supplied by host conventions. Third-party services, including embedded YouTube players, may have their own accessibility features and limitations.

To report a barrier or request a reasonable alternative, email outwork.robotics@gmail.com. Include the page or feature, what happened, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the preferred way to receive the information. Do not include passwords or payment credentials. Outwork will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical response as promptly as circumstances allow.

Policy administration

These policies are maintained at permanent website locations and show their effective date and version. Checkout and event registration store the accepted policy version and server-recorded acceptance time. Material future changes will receive prominent website or email notice before taking effect when practical; urgent security, fraud-prevention, or legal changes may take effect immediately with notice as soon as practical.
